Dale Chilcoat Retrospective – May 3-29, 2025
ELK GROVE, April 1, 2025 – The Elk Grove Fine Arts Center will present the Dale Chilcoat Retrospective, May 3-29, 2025. The exhibition opens with a First Saturday Public Reception on May 3 from 4-7 p.m featuring an artist talk.
“Dale Chilcoat brings his Retrospective of an Artist’s Journey to the Elk Grove Fine Arts Center in May, exploring different media, styles, and processes in the collection. A long-time student of the arts, Chilcoat participated in renovations of the Sistine Chapel in Rome, studied at the University of Florence in Italy, and was a friend of Frank Lloyd Wright. Chilcoat’s collection includes work in paint, sketch, and fused glass.”
The Center will also celebrate the annual Big Day of Giving on May 1 with a fundraiser and exciting art gifts available throughout the day. Visit the Center from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. to explore local and regional visual arts and contribute to the mission of the Center.
