Remembering Dale Chilcoat
Artist, educator, and mentor Dale Chilcoat passed away this August. He will be well-remembered as a professor at Sac Sate where he mentored educators in an Art Education program, and for his numerous artistic creations.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Dale’s memory to the Elk Grove Fine Arts Center.
We were privileged to present three art lectures by Dale in 2025, and his exhibition A Retrospective of an Artist’s Journey in May 2025 at the Center. We invite you to explore images from the collection here >
