Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions
Types of information that you voluntarily provide can include: your name, email address, website URLs, payment and billing information, and other comments. This information is stored in the content database and is only accessible at the database level by administrators. Payment information is securely stored and can be removed from your online account at any time by visiting My Account.
Unsubscribe options are always available in the event you no longer wish to receive email communications from us. At no time will we use your contact information to send unsolicited emails. We use Constant Contact for our email newsletters and there are unsubscribe options at the bottom of every email.
Our online store (Workshops, Memberships, Donations) requires you to input personal information such as name and address, payment information, and contact information in order to complete your purchase. By providing your contact information you are opt-in to receive a direct email about your purchase, which may include a tax receipt. By providing your mailing address you are opt-in to receive the products you may have purchased.

Refund Policies
Registrants for an Art Class may cancel their attendance within seven (7) days of the event with a full refund of the fee minus a five percent (5%) administrative cost. Registrant must contact us to request a refund. Please use the form on the EGFAC Help and Support Page (preferred) or call the Center.
Cancellations after the 7-day cut-off will not be refunded *. If a class is rescheduled or cancelled due to circumstances outside your/our control, you will receive a full refund or you may move your registration to the new class date.
*refund may be granted, minus administrative cost, if the vacated seat is able to be filled from the class waitlist
Memberships and Donations made to the Elk Grove Fine Arts Center are processed immediately using your chosen payment method. We are unable to provide refunds for these charitable contributions. You will receive an emailed receipt for any charitable contribution made on the website.
