I was a young woman living in San Francisco, Ca.  I fell in love with the Great artist Vincent Van Gogh, 1853-1890.  The young man and his paintings were so wonderful to me.  It opened up a new world of color.  Vincent painted 100’s of paintings in his short life, I have seen many of them.  He inspired me.  Vincent continued to quest for God also.  You can see that in his paintings and writings, the same is true for me today.  I am a lover of God, Bible, People and painting. 

Currently, God and painting is still inspiring me to be a better person.  I love the world God has made for us to paint.  I love to paint everything, nature, flowers, sunsets, people and animals.  Art has always been a part of my life.  Art makes me a happy woman.  Within myself there is a drive to paint.  I feel painting makes me a better person.  When a painting is done, and it is hanging on the wall, happiness is what I feel.  Many things inspired me to paint, it is so nice when I can paint it on the canvas, and it makes people smile.  Yosemite Park is one of these most wonderful places that God has made for us to visit and paint.  It is so relaxing.  I have many dreams of many beautiful paintings.  All I need is more time to do all the dream paintings that are in my mind.  I am always willing to learn something new about life and painting…..  I love bright colors, so sunsets are on the top of my list of things to paint.
