The next Elk Grove Festival of the Arts will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 10AM-5PM at Old Town Plaza. Interested vendors and artists may sign up using the form below. Acceptance to this event is curated and not guaranteed. Accepted vendors will be required to pay their fee and sign the participation contract before space assignment.

About the Event

The Elk Grove Festival of the Arts is an annual community event presented by the Elk Grove Fine Arts Center and with support from the City of Elk Grove and local/regional partners. Be part of this exciting event where artists, creative people and art lovers come together. The festival includes fine artist booths, musicians, youth art displays, performing artists, art demonstrations, local food trucks and refreshments, and local non profit art businesses. Accepted vendors will be listed and promoted on the Festival website.

Conditions of Booth Entry

  • Vendor booth fee is $85 (Food Trucks/Providers fee is $150) and must be paid prior to spot assignment. Accepted artists/vendors will be given a payment link. EGFAC does not take commission on any vendor or food sales.
  • Booth spaces are approximately 10×10. Vendors may bring their own canopies – be mindful of windy conditions.
  • Food Trucks / Providers will be parked along the Plaza street in designated assigned spaces.
  • Booths are under the open-air plaza ceilings, on the surrounding sidewalk and grassy areas, and some spaces may be in full sun. Please plan appropriately for weather changes.
  • All artwork must be original fine art quality conceived and created solely by the entering artist or vendor. We do not accept vendors selling commercially made items. All work must be appropriate for a family audience.
  • All art must be for sale / Service offerings must be available to any buyer – EGFAC does not discriminate.
  • Sales are the responsibility of the vendor. You are responsible for your own resale license. Register for your license online at https://cdtfa.ca.gov/. This license number will be required for all accepted vendors.
  • Vendors must set up and clean their own booth or parking space.
  • Vendors must be set up before 9:45AM and must take down no later than 6:30PM on the day of the event.
  • Vendors must provide their own table / canopy / chairs / displays for their booth.
  • Electricity may be available upon request. Vendor must provide their own 25-50ft extension cord.
  • Vendors should provide their own insurance to cover loss or damage while at the event. EGFAC does not provide insurance or liability coverage for participating vendors.
