SAVE THE DATE for Art Tour 2021 on June 12.
We are very excited to host the 10th Annual Art Tour on June 12th from 10am – 4pm. Additionally, the ARTS CENTER and VANNATTA WINERY will be returning as two of our locations.
We invite you to join us as either a Host Artist or as a Guest Artist during this special community appreciation event.
The Art Tour has become a popular tradition, that allows us to showcase many of the talented artists in our community, present them with an opportunity to sell their works with NO GALLERY FEE/COMMISSION, and offer art lovers a chance to meet the artists in an informal setting.
Each participating artist is required to donate a quality original piece of art, that represents the artwork and quality of work that will be sold during the Art Tour. This artwork will be used for our raffle fundraiser to be displayed in the gallery starting the 1st Saturday Art Tour Kick-off Art Reception on JUNE 5. The show/raffle prizes will remain on display through JULY 3, when raffle winners will be announced. The raffle ticket price will be $5.00 each or 5 for $20.00.
After getting feedback from past years Art Tour Artists, we will continue to offer no more than 10 sites with a maximum of 50 artists total to include more artists per site. This gives “tourists” a chance to see a greater quantity and variety, (4-5 various mediums displayed per site) and hopefully visit more of the tour locations. Each site will be given at least 3-6 street signs. We will also print a flyer with an image of an example of your artwork that will include a map of the site locations and which artists are assigned to each site.

Note that artwork sold must be your own original artwork. No mass produced or production works allowed. Send your response to firstname.lastname@example.org with SUBJECT: 10th Annual Art Tour and indicate the following items in your response:
- I want to be a host artist (your studio/site must be located in Elk Grove).
- If you want to be a host, please include your address.
- I do not want to host. I want to be a guest artist.

- Include 1-2 jpg images that best represent your artwork for our map flyer.
- Do you have a specific artist or artist location you would like to be assigned to?
Upon your response, an acceptance letter will be sent to you via email by May 15 along with a release-of-liability form and instructions. A $50.00 artist participation fee will be collected upon delivery of your donated work on either MAY 28 & MAY 29.
