Try This First
If you are an EGFAC Member and are unable to access the Member Dashboard, let’s make sure you are logged in to the correct account. Follow this procedure before requesting access.
STEP 1: Are You Registered and Logged In?
If the icon below says “LOGIN” then you aren’t logged in to the website. If the icon below says “MY ACCOUNT” then you are logged in! You can click the button to access your account or the login page.
STEP 2: Does your My Account page tell you that you’re logged in?
If YES then you should be able to access the Artist Member Dashboard if you have an active membership. If you are an active member and still unable to access the Dashboard, please use the Request Access form.
If NO then please register / login using your preferred email address. If you do not remember your password then let’s reset it. Click the LOGIN button above and choose Forgot Password on your account page. You will receive an email from the website with a link to click so you can reset your password.
If you are registering for the first time then you’ll need to wait for us to activate your access. This can take up to 24-hours so please be patient before contacting us to request access.
Once you are successfully logged in (and it says you’re logged in) then you should be able to access the Artist Member Dashboard.
